Based on his previous experience Zubrain has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies having managed the funding of $50m of USAID as well as the funding of $3m of Gates foundation and ensuring the successful execution of key health programs working in collaboration with the Ministry of National Health Services Regulations and Coordination, Provincial Health Governments, National Institute of Health, Federal Directorate of Immunization.
